Foster Wheeler USA – (September 2006 – December 2007) – Houston, TX

Lead Planner / Scheduler

·   BP OCC Delayed Coker Project. Responsible for the development and monitoring of the FEED and EPFC schedules utilizing Primavera P3, and upgrading to e/c 5.0. Intergraded the schedule with other contractor’s schedules involved in the project. Worked with discipline leads for schedule development and progressing.

KBR - Halliburton – (May 2005 – April 2006) – Houston, TX

Construction Planner / Scheduler

·   Responsible for developing a Level II construction schedule with the construction management team and resource load a million man-hours. Produced what-if schedules, histograms and curves. An estimated $2.5 billion dollar Algerian LNG project.

Valero Energy Corporation - (November 2003 – February 2005) – San Antonio, TX

Project Controls Engineer

·   I was contract with Maverick Engineering, Victoria, TX. Contracted to Valero Energy Corporation Headquarters in San Antonio, TX. Assigned to the Pipeline & Terminals division providing Project Controls support to management on multiple projects. I scheduled using MS Project and did the cost in SAP. Worked with the Engineering Director to provide a weekly report for upper management. The report included schedules, cost reports, graphs, and charts.

·   A 135M Polypropylene grassroots project at the Freeport, Texas plant. Responsibilities included development and tracking of EPC/CPM Primavera schedules, resource loading / staffing curves. Worked with all discipline leads and plant personal.

Bechtel Corporation - (October 1988 - August 1996) - Houston, TX

Senior Project Controls Engineer - Worked various long range projects.

·   Tampa Electric Co., Polk Power Station Project, 260 megawatt Integrated Coal Gasification Combined Cycle grassroots power plant. Responsible for Primavera developed EPC/CPM schedules, manpower loading, histograms, progress and performance tracking with written analysis.

·   Mobil Aramchem MTBE facility. Responsible for Primavera developed EPC schedules, manpower loading, histograms, progress and performance tracking with written analysis.

·   Lyondell Petrochemical Co., Benzene NESHAP compliance wastewater project. Developed Primavera manpower loaded project schedules with written progress analysis.

·   Union Carbide Corp., Taft. LA, Ethylene Oxide Unit expansion and conversion project. Developed Primavera manpower loaded project schedules.

·   Union Carbide Corp., Olefins Furnace Heater project. Responsible for project schedules.

Jacobs Engineering - (January 1988 - October 1988) - Baton Rouge, LA

Project Planning/Scheduling Engineer

·   Responsible for development and maintaining various project schedules. Petrochemical, Oil Refining, Re-vamps/Upgrades for Exxon, Union Carbide and Gigi Pharmaceuticals. Schedule software included Open Plan and Primavera P3.
